Member benefits
Small, personalised classes
Our classes are limited to 12 people so that you get corrections and feedback to progress faster and at a pace that suits you. Each session is designed with you in mind and our teachers will ensure you get the most out of each class.
Experienced teachers
Our expert teachers care about you and your specific needs and will tailor each class to help you achieve your goals. Our teachers have worked with all kinds of people with different injuries. We will gently encourage and look after you in each class.
On Demand Studio
Our On Demand Studio membership is flexible and affordable. We created something to help you fit us in and around your busy lifestyle. Choose from 80+ classes depending on your level and how long you have. Workout anytime, anywhere and discover how Pilates can make you feel amazing.
Our Promise: if you change your mind or your membership isn’t working out, you can cancel it within 14 days for free, no questions asked.

Meditation included
Meditation with our specialised practitioner is included in all of our Memberships options to compliment your Pilates practise. The benefits of meditation has been widely documented and we encourage our members to try it to increase overall wellbeing and contentment alongside weekly movement.
We now offer drop in and class packs for online classes only, giving you more flexibility. However, we strongly encourage regular practice with us (at least 1-2 group classes per week) if you're looking to see and feel specific improvements or results.
FAQs
Do you have to attend the same class every week?
Nope, you can attend in person or online classes and can chop and change depending on your schedule. You can book on the day/class of your choice a month ahead if you like or up to 15 minutes before the class starts.
How long before I see results?
This really varies but our experience tells us that those who attend regularly and use the On Demand Studio progress the fastest. Expect to start seeing some results within 1-2 months and even more results by month 6. But once again, that's no fixed rule.
Can I try a class before commiting to a membership?
Yes! We offer a free taster class for both in person and online classes so you can come and get an atmosphere for the class before you commit to a monthly membership. Claim your free class here.
Do you offer drop in classes?
We now offer drop in classes for online only. Based on our experience, we have found committing to weekly practice ensures our members get the most out of their classes and reach their goals faster. However, to be more flexible you can now purchase drop in and six class packs for online classes. We still encourage that you try to practice Pilates with us at least once per week if you have specific goals and want to see improvements.
