We designed our On Demand Studio with you in mind: we wanted to create a platform that is accessible to everybody so whether you're completely new to Pilates or you're a Pilates extraordinaire, there's something for you. The On Demand Studio is flexible which means that you can workout in the comfort of your own home, at work or even take us on holiday with you! The On Demand Studio Plan gives you access to the entire library of Welcome Pilates Classes. This includes full length Pilates classes with Beginner, All Levels, Improver and Intermediate options. As well as quick classes for when you’re short on time, tips and tricks to help you progress quicker and ensure you are doing the exercises safely and correctly. You'll also find a library of meditation sessions to compliment your workouts. The On Demand Studio is updated weekly so there's always new classes to try.
This plan is for you if you're looking to start Pilates but can’t commit to a weekly session and want to find an exercise routine that works for you and makes you feel amazing.
