Our Story

We created Welcome Pilates for people who want to regain their confidence in their bodies: whether that’s to manage an existing injury, prevent back pain or just to feel amazing. Pilates improves your strength and stability, eases back pain, improves flexibility and helps you to understand your mind and body better through functional movement. It works your from top to toe and makes you feel great.

Our small, friendly classes give you a chance to progress at a pace that suits you, with gentle encouragement from our expert teachers. We want the best for you and will do everything we can to help you meet your goals and ultimately feel good during and after every single class.

Whether you join us in person, online or On Demand you will be part of a community of like minded individuals who are discovering how Pilates strengthens the body and mind, improves flexibility, mobility and stability, encourages body awareness and prevents injury.

We know that coming to a group exercise class can be daunting but we truly believe that Pilates is for everyone. We encourage you to try it with us because we pride ourselves on being the most welcoming we can be. It’s in our name.

On Demand Studio

Our On Demand Studio allows you to top up your practice with shorter clips and tips to help you progress further in between live classes.

All of the live online classes are uploaded here too so that if you miss a class one week you can catch up at a time that suits you. This flexibility allows you to do as much or as little Pilates as you like, with no pressure or expectation.

The easy filter systems allows you to select a class based on your mood, Pilates level, preferred teacher and the length of time that you have, so you can find the perfect class for you every single time.

The library has over 80 classes including full length classes, Pilates for back pain, the Pilates Fundamentals, ‘How To’ videos, meditation and more. We update the On Demand Studio every week so there’s always something new to try and as a member, we value your input. If you want to see something specific that’s not already in the library, let us know and we’ll design, create and upload one to fit your requirements.
