The classes will be a mix of dynamic sequences to wake up the body in the morning, and deeply grounding, restorative movements in the evening to ensure a dreamy sleep every night.
The rest of your days will be spent hiking to take in the panoramic views, swimming in the nearby lakes, relaxing at the pool and savouring all the pizza, pasta, gelato and local wine that you desire. This is your retreat where we encourage everything in abundance: movement, delicious food, enjoyment and rest.
What to expect:
- Daily Pilates with Lucy (all equipment will be provided)
- Four night stay in the farmhouse at Castello di Santa Cristina (single and double occupancy available)
- Transfers to and from Rome Fiumicino airport
- A welcome drink on arrival and guided tour of the Castle at sunset
- All meals including breakfast, lunches and dinners with wine
- Guided hike to Sorano and lunch at the beautiful Hosteria del Borgo restaurant
- Visit to Lake Bolsena with lunch at the lake
- Visit to the historic town of Orvieto, tickets to Duomo di Orvieto
- Use of the swimming pool and tennis courts within the grounds
- A goodie bag to take home with a full heart, joyful soul and lots of new friends!
What's not included:
Flights to and from Rome airport. On booking, we will advise on flight times to ensure you can be collected and dropped off at the airport
Prices and Booking:
- Shared twin room: £1200 per person (£1060 early bird price*)
- Single occupancy room: £1440 per person (£1300 early bird price*)
*Early bird prices apply when paying in full at the time of booking and are available for one month after release dates
Payment Plan:
- 20% non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
- Second installment of 40% is due by midnight two months before your retreat date
- Third installment of 40% is due by midnight on the first of the month of your retreat
