In Person Group Classes

Our in person classes are held at 53-54 Church Street and Holy Trinity Church in Twickenham. These are small classes with a maximum of 12 people per class so that we can offer corrections and help you reach your goals quicker.

Our clients age range is from 18 to 70+ and we have helped people with back, hip, shoulder, neck and knee pain; people with osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and scoliosis; people looking to get stronger and increase their core strength; runners, golfers, swimmers and more. Our clients are normal people who want to improve their everyday life in a simple, unfussy and effective way.

Live Online Classes

Our Online classes are held on Zoom and each session is live. These mimic the in person classes by being limited to 12 people per class. We offer feedback, corrections and alternatives, where necessary, to each individual throughout to ensure each person is performing the exercises safely and to the best of their ability.

We tailor each session based on individual needs and factor in injuries and health concerns so that everyone gets the most out of every single class. We welcome people suffering with back pain and other injuries because we know how much Pilates can help to rehabilitate and get you feeling stronger and like yourself again.

We strive to offer the best online experience in the comfort of your own home so that you feel as though you’re practically in the studio with one of our experienced teachers.

Before you attend your first class we will send you our specialised checklist to help you set up your space so that you get the most out of each session with us.

Private 1:1 Classes

Private classes with one of our experienced teachers are advised if you are new to Pilates, if you have a specific injury or health concern or if you are looking for one on one attention to help you achieve a goal. Private classes will be tailored specifically to you and your body, helping you reach your goals faster or give you the confidence to attend group classes later on if you wish to do so.

On Demand Studio

We designed our On Demand Studio with you in mind: we wanted to create a platform that is accessible to everybody so whether you're completely new to Pilates or you're a Pilates extraordinaire, there's something for you. It’s our more affordable membership option with the flexibility to workout anywhere, anytime: at home, at work or even take us on holiday with you!

We have over 80 classes and upload new classes every week so there is always something fresh and exciting to try to keep you progressing at a pace that suits you.

Our easy filter system lets you find and select a class quickly and easily based on your level, length of time, preferred teacher and mood.

The On Demand Studio includes full length Pilates classes with Beginner, All Levels, Improver and Intermediate options. As well as quick classes for when you’re short on time, tips and tricks to help you progress quicker and ensure you are doing the exercises safely and correctly. You'll also find a library of meditation sessions to compliment your workouts.

Prenatal Classes

Our Prenatal classes will teach you body awareness, improve your posture, reduce the strain on your joints and help to ensure your circulatory, lymphatic, respiratory and digestive systems are functioning effectively. Our relaxing classes are safe and effective for women who have been given the all clear to exercise from their doctor or medical practitioner.

We encourage good recruitment of the pelvic floor, strengthening the body as a whole and teach you breathing techniques to help throughout your pregnancy and during the birth itself. Pilates is one of the best things you can do during your pregnancy to prepare you for the new demands of motherhood.

We offer private 1:1 Prenatal classes as well as small private group classes with pregnant friends or an antenatal group.

Postnatal Classes

Our Postnatal classes focus on strengthening your pelvic floor muscles, work on your pelvic and lumbar stability, strengthen your abdominal muscles to help with diastasis recti (if you have this), improve your upper body strength and posture to help with the effects of breast or bottle feeding and general infant care.

Our group classes are kept small so that you get the most out of each one, we offer a relaxed and calm environment to aid your recovery post birth. We work safely with you at your own pace to strengthen and realign your body to help with the new demands of motherhood.

We offer private 1:1 Postnatal classes as well as small private group classes with pregnant friends or an antenatal group.
